Nearly 20 years ago, Kohler company was in need of a plumbing contractor to perform warranty service on behalf of the company. While our showroom was still in infancy, we were selling Kohler products to our existing customers and became very familiar with the brand. Kohler needed a plumbing contractor that had the retail knowledge, plumbing expertise and the communication skills to convey that dynamic with customers in a way that would represent the Kohler brand to the highest quality standards. Lutz gained trust in servicing some of their most complex products; whirlpool tubs, steam showers, digital shower valves, and intelligent toilets. As our reputation developed, so did our exposure to other manufacturers to carry out the same service for them. Our showroom, Lutz Bath & Kitchen, evolved by adding direct relationships with high end decorative brands and so did our Authorized Service Division.
Toto USA chose Lutz as a pilot for their Washlet Repair program; servicing their intelligent toilet line, Toto Neorest. Lutz Plumbing Inc. became the first company in the United States to be entrusted with carrying out Toto Neorest service calls. This was a critical step for Toto as customers in the past would have to remove top assemblies themselves and ship them back to the factory for repair. Now, customers are not inconvienced and can have their units repaired in house on the same day.
The next step was the alignment with steam shower manufacturers such as: Thermasol and Mr. Steam. We truly believe in the health benefits of steam and the luxury of having a steam unit in the comfort of your own home. These units are complex and require attention to detail in the installation design and service. Our experience, knowledge, and access to products + parts allows us to provide the highest quality customer service in this category.
Today, we have selectively targeted the products and manufacturers that we believe add optimal comfort to your home. Our reputation as a well established plumbing company and fine decorative showroom yields for a special relationship with each manufacturer. We have a direct line for products + parts through our showroom and offer service + installation through our plumbing department.

Division Expansion: Tankless Water Heaters and Boilers
We have most recently completed training and certifications for Rinnai and Navien. With our experience in installing and servicing tankless water heaters and boilers, it only made sense to make the partnerships official.
