About Lutz Plumbing Inc.
Lutz Plumbing was established in 1929 by Herman Lutz as a contracting firm servicing residential and
commercial properties in San Francisco. Originally located in the North Beach area Lutz has relocated to a
new building on 17th street in 1983. Currently, it is under ownership of Jerry Hotarek who purchased the
business from Mr. Bill Lutz in 1982. The company has experienced a tremendous growth, servicing the entire
Bay Area. Our Decorative Plumbing Showroom was open in 1991 by Susie Hotarek and was an immediate
success providing faucets, fixtures and accessories from all major brands. What differentiates Lutz Plumbing
from all the other plumbing companies in the Bay area is the convenience of having a service company working
together with the showroom all in one building.
Lutz is a complete Plumbing & Mechanical Service Company as well as a supplier of fine decorative faucets,
fixtures and accessories. Since the company is family owned, we offer detailed and personalized service.
